One of the biggest concerns for working parents returning
to college is child-care. A unique aspect of our college program at
Sojourner-Douglass is the Child Drop-In Center. Child-care professionals organize
games and educational exercises for the children on campus in a safe environment
so that parents may pursue their studies on campus worry-free. This service is
available for students who require child-care services during scheduled class times
or during Learning Resource Center visits. The service is limited to children within
the student’s immediate family and to children who are over two years old.
