Sojourner-Douglass College's Financial Aid Office members Kerri Moseley-Hobbs
and Vincent Fields, as part of the Tri-State (DE-DC-MD ASFAA) Federal Regulations Committee, will be joined by Sojourner-Douglass College's
Student Government Association (SGA) on February 6, 2008 to attend Federal Negotiated Rulemaking sessions with Congress and U.S. Department of Education Officials.
The SGA is expected to use assigned time to elaborate how current Federal laws and regulations up for negotiation (connected to Federal financial aid) will affect the average student if they are passed.
