Inspectors Education Program
As of January 1, 2008, it will be illegal to provide home inspection services in the State of Maryland without a license. The Sojourner-Douglass College (S-DC) Division of Engineering and Innovation is pleased to announce the inclusion of InterNACHI into its formal Inspectors Education program. The industry Best Practices model supported by NACHI along with sound engineering principals offered by the Division serve to strengthen the skill sets that our program graduates can offer to the general public. These skill sets further support the provision of providing quality service to the communities.
Courses are being offered at the following campus locations in Maryland:
Baltimore City
Ann Arundel County
Prince George County
Owings Mills
Salisbury (Eastern Shore)
The course schedule is as followed:
Version A Designed for students that desire to attend a full six day session and take the final examination on Saturday morning.
