Sojourner Douglass College admits students of any race, color, religion, sex and national or ethnic origin with all rights and privileges to programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students. The College does not discriminate on the basis of sex, as required by Title IV of the Education Amendment of 1972 and the Regulations of The Office of Civil Rights of The Department of Education. The College does not discriminate on the basis of sexual preference nor does it discriminate on the basis of handicap as required by Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as Amended.
