Disciplinary Sanctions of Students, Staff and Faculty
Any employee or student found in possession of illicit
drugs will be disciplined and/or referred to local authorities for criminal
prosecution. Any student or employee found in possession of a small quantity
of illicit drugs where facts show no intent to distribute said drugs:
1. The first time offender will be placed on non academic
probation and required to complete a designated drug treatment program.
2.The second time offender will be suspended from the College
and referred to authorities for prosecution.
Any student or employee found in possession of sufficient
quantities and/or where the facts indicate an intention to distribute said drugs will
be recommended for immediate expulsion and referred immediately to State and
Federal prosecutors.
